From May 8th to May 11th we will be present at TuttoFood at Fiera Milano, the B2B fair of the agri-food ecosystem.
Seasonal vegan products and the news about the blockchain technology with the introduction of a QR code: at our stand, artisanal products and the future will go hand in hand.
We will consilidate Casa Iuorio’s commitment to transparency and sustainability: thanks to blockchain technology, it will be possible to know all the steps of the production chain and have more information about our productions.
We focused TuttoFood 2023 s on the ORTOMAYO® line, the vegan mayonnaises of Casa Iuorio with a registered trademark: 100% vegetable, prepared with only four ingredients, without preservatives, colorings and additives, without eggs, milk and sugar.
We will moreover present the most seasonal products of our assortment: whole baby artichoke hearts and “Spiert” broccoli , with “Deco” brand, a traditional ecotype of turnip broccoli from the Upper Sele Valley, in the province of Salerno.
