Our laboratory
The Casa Iuorio laboratory, inside the farm, is located a few meters from the fields and allows to guarantee 0 km productions, with the aim of preserving the environment, and enhancing biodiversity and territory.
Conceived as a large kitchen in the midst of greenery, our laboratory is certified in reference to all hygienic-sanitary regulations.
Pickled vegetables, vegan preserves and mayonnaises, are made according to standards of excellence starting from raw materials: washing, peeling, packaging and labeling are performed manually by young women of the country suitably trained and coordinated by our Anna Prizio. A job all female, competent, wise and passionate.
The craftsmanship of all our products lies in the “handmade” and with passion, that which accompanies the entire production process
