Pumpkin carpaccio – Chef Selection

Chef selection for catering.

Marinated pumpkin carpaccio, with parsley and pink berries – 1062 ml.
The pumpkins are grown in the open field on our farm in Palomonte (SA). Harvested by hand, they are prepared in an artisanal way and fresh in the internal laboratory.

Ingredients:

• pumpkin;
• sunflower oil;
• whole sea salt;
• white wine vinegar;
• garlic;
• parsley;
• pink berries.

Without preservatives and colorants.
