Everything comes from our grandparents’ teachings, committed to support a large family, thanks to the daily hard work, coming from the lands.

From them we learned how to treat raw materials and how to preserve genuine products, following the traditional recipes recovered from us and, in some cases, innovated.

Our mission is to propose typical products again, in a new guise, on the table of those looking for authentic flavors.
