Casa Iuorio al Taste 2025

Also this year Casa Iuorio will be in Florence for Taste 2025. From 8 to 10 February, the eighteenth edition of an important event for the quality food.

We are ready to introduce the typical Campania recipes in the Stappa&Mangia (Open&Eat) version, artisanal and ready to taste.

Zucchini alla scapece, neapolitan genovese, aubergines a funghetto, neapolitan ragù, broccoli spiert (wild) in extra virgin olive oil, cabbage with potatoes and bacon, borage with anchovies, escarole with pitted olives.

Stappa&Mangia (Open&Eat) recipes are the traditional Campania dishes, neapolitan in particular. Inspired from the Sunday menu and the most typical preparations of southern Italian cuisine. Poor dishes, prepared with excellent raw materials, rich in flavour and taste but which require very long procedures.

We prepare them for you, to let you experience the real food in a smarter way and discover the typical dishes of the Campania tradition, ready to eat immediately!

Stappa&Mangia (Open&Eat) is ideal for pizzerias and restaurants that can have ready-made recipes available to use in their preparations.

It is also designed for food activities that offer a foodservice and hasn’t the kitchen and that in this way can profit on the high standard of a premium product, ready to use.
