The summer productions are in full swing. In our laboratory there is a great ferment for the transformation of tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, seasonal fruits.

The assortment is complete and again available in the pantry.

Casa Iuorio’s price list is a showcase of our productions:

red and yellow tomato preserves (sauces, in brine, peeled, pacchetelle “fillets” and semi dry) still in process in our laboratory
pickles, prepared with typical summer vegetables (courgettes, aubergines, green beans, peppers …)
compotes (mulberries, figs and the latest addition, the “Mastantuono” pear compote with white chocolate …)
ready sauces (with fresh ingredients)
ORTOMAYO® vegan mayonnaise, with only four ingredients, without preservatives, dyes and added additives.

All our preparations are artisanal, obtained from vegetables grown in our gardens in Palomonte, in Salerno. We only use local seeds and practice sustainable agriculture, respecting the environment and the territory in which we have chosen to live.
