Condiments for sauces

Vegetables condiment 106 ml.

It is a mince of fresh vegetables, prepared by hand in our laboratory.

Ingredients: carrots, extra virgin olive oil, onion, celery, salt, garlic, spices (coriander, chives, rosemary, sage and pepper) lemon juice.

It is a ready-to-use genuine preparation, ideal to:

– to make ragù (put in the pan with the minced meat)

– to make the sauce (in a pan with a sauce)

– to make the broth (just pour it in the pot with water)

– to make a soup (add legumes)
